Example: a club with three teams pays £150 a year, plus any bolt-ons it chooses.
Questions
Do players need to download anything?
No. IN or OUT runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen, where it opens like an app.
Does it work for my sport?
Yes. It works for any sport with fixtures and a squad: cricket, rugby, football, hockey, netball and more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new club gets 14 days free, with no card needed. Each bolt-on has its own 14-day trial too. You can also try a demo club before you register.
Who should register the club?
Whoever is setting it up: the chairman, secretary or a captain. They become the club's secretary and can hand out roles to others. If your club is already on IN or OUT, you'll be asked to join it instead, so there's never a second copy.
How do we pay?
By card (yearly or monthly, renewing automatically) or by invoice. The price is per team, so it grows with your club. You can change or cancel at any time.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The club is paused, and everything comes back as it was when you renew.
Does the money for subs go through you?
No. Members pay your club directly, using your own payment links or bank account. We just keep track of who has paid.
Can one person be in more than one team?
Yes. Players can belong to several teams and switch between them in the app.
What happens to our data?
It's stored securely and only used to run your club. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. See our privacy notice.
